The Void

Drifting in the dark.

Running an MSP manually feels like floating in a vacuum. Disconnected tools. Radio silence between systems. The chaos of a thousand tickets pulling you in every direction while revenue slips through the cracks.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is Spark Dock?

Spark Dock is a network monitoring, topology and documentation platform for managed service providers and in-house IT teams. A self-booting collector appliance and your cloud controllers feed one live picture of each site: device inventory, real topology, documentation, password vault and remote access. It is built and operated by YOT LTD, itself an MSP.

How much does Spark Dock cost?

Spark Dock is priced per site or per onboarded client, never per user. Free covers one site with up to 25 devices, Solo is €25 per site per month with 50 devices included, MSP is €29 per client per month with 50 devices per client, and Enterprise is custom. Extra capacity is €10 per month per additional 50 devices, and annual billing gives two months free.

How is Spark Dock different from Auvik or Domotz?

Auvik and Domotz charge per network device, so costs climb with every switch, firewall and access point. Spark Dock charges a flat price per site or per client with unlimited users, and scales in €10 packs of 50 devices. It also combines monitoring and topology with documentation, a password vault, ticketing and time tracking in one platform instead of monitoring alone.

Does Spark Dock include network documentation?

Yes. Documentation is a core part of the platform, not an add-on. Every discovered and authored device lands in a spreadsheet-style documentation grid with names, roles, IPs and notes, alongside multi-page manual diagrams, port-level cabling and an encrypted password vault linked to each device.

What integrations does Spark Dock support?

Meraki is fully live with device sync, status, uplink detail, cloud topology links and remote reboot. UniFi connects through either a direct console URL or the Site Manager cloud API. Fortinet, Catalyst, Peplink, Teltonika, Crestron and Lutron connections can be configured today, and all integrations are included from the Solo tier upward.

How does the free plan work?

The Free plan is permanent and needs no credit card. It covers one site with up to 25 devices, automatic discovery, live topology, manual diagrams, one cloud integration and 7 days of history. Every new account also gets a 14-day full trial of the MSP tier.

Can MSPs white-label Spark Dock?

Yes. The MSP tier includes a white-label client portal with your own branding and a custom domain, so clients see their documentation, tickets and subscriptions under your brand. MSPs typically bill clients €99–199 per month for managed network monitoring, several times the €29 per client Spark Dock charges.

How does Spark Dock's collector work?

The collector is a small self-booting Linux appliance you plug into the site's network. It enrolls against a site code, then scans the configured subnets and reports over a signed, outbound-only encrypted channel — no inbound firewall rules and no per-device agent rollout. It is read-only on the network, and scan targets and rates are controlled per site so fragile OT and AV gear is not hammered.
