Spark Dock is a network monitoring, topology and documentation platform for managed service providers and in-house IT teams. The SPARK Box collector (or your own hardware running our image) and your cloud controllers feed one live picture of each site: device inventory, real topology, documentation, password vault and remote access. It is built and operated by YOT LTD, itself an MSP.

Spark Dock is free for MSPs and their own local site, with unlimited sites and 3 users included; extra users are €19 per month each, with €19 of NOVA credit. Client pricing is shared with MSPs when they join. In-house IT can buy Solo directly at €99 per month with 1 user included; extra users are €19 per month each on both plans. The MSP version adds a multi-client console, timesheets and billing, branded client reports, compliance reports, and your own resale margin. Prices exclude VAT.

Auvik prices per billable device on a quote, and Domotz charges per site. Spark Dock's MSP workspace is free with unlimited sites, whatever the number of devices. It also combines monitoring and topology with documentation, a password vault, ticketing and time tracking in one platform instead of monitoring alone.

Yes. Documentation is a core part of the platform, not an add-on. Every discovered and authored device lands in a spreadsheet-style documentation grid with names, roles, IPs and notes, alongside multi-page manual diagrams, port-level cabling and an encrypted password vault linked to each device.

Meraki is fully live with device sync, status, uplink detail, cloud topology links and remote reboot. UniFi connects through either a direct console URL or the Site Manager cloud API. Fortinet, Catalyst, Peplink, Teltonika, Crestron and Lutron connections can be configured today. All integrations are included on every plan; Microsoft 365 backup is a paid add-on.

Yes. Every MSP workspace includes a white-label client portal with your own branding and a custom domain, so clients see their documentation, tickets and subscriptions under your brand. You set your own client plans and prices, and keep the margin.

The collector is the SPARK Box: a pre-programmed box you plug into the site's network, with minimal setup and no special skills needed. Prefer your own hardware? Self-host the collector on it with our image. It enrolls against a site code, then scans the configured subnets and reports over a signed, outbound-only encrypted channel, with no inbound firewall rules and no per-device agent rollout. Discovery is read-only, and scan targets and scan profiles are set per site so fragile OT and AV gear is not hammered. On Solo the SPARK Box is €399, or €199 with a 1-year subscription; MSPs get SPARK Box pricing when they join.
